Michael has significant experience in general commercial litigation (building and construction, contractual disputes, debt recovery and insolvency) and insurance (general insurance including: professional, directors and officers, employer's liability and worker's compensation, construction works, industrial special risk, business interruption, product liability, marine, public and other liability insurance. He has experience in all Western Australian and Federal Courts, WorkCover, State Administrative Tribunal and Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Michael is also a qualified mediator and WorkCover Sessional Arbitrator.
Michael is a keen overseas traveler. He also likes to take advantage of Western Australia's outdoors, with interests including bushwalking, surfcat sailing and golf when time permits. He also enjoys music and film.
